Nova Twins scoop industry award

One of Band Theme’s earliest adopters, the critically acclaimed and uber-cool English rock duo, Nova Twins, have just won Best Independent Track at the 2022 AIM Awards.

It was their sizzling urban punk track Antagonist, taken from Supernova, their debut album for Marshall Records, that took the spoils at the annual awards for independent music held at Camden’s famous Roundhouse venue in London.

Beating a list of nominees that included FKA Twigs, Dave, Wet Leg (who won the UK Independent Breakthrough Award for which Nova Twins were runners up) and Overmono, the pair – vocalist/guitarist Amy Love and bassist Georgia South – continue their ever-upward trajectory since bursting onto the scene with their eponymous debut Nova Twins EP in 2016.

We wish them our congratulations for the win as they currently blaze a touring trail across North America and then Europe through October and November (see the official Nova Twins website for dates and ticket availability) and continued success in 2023 and beyond.

You can also find their music, videos, merch and more through their website (powered by Band Theme).
