Launching your site
Plan ahead!
It is important you plan and allow time to launch your site.
It is not always possible to set a site live at the flick of a switch, especially if you’re replacing an existing site.
Re-pointing your domain name can take up to 72 hours to propagate!
While in reality this is usually quicker, there is no way of controlling this so if you have a specific launch date/ time in mind, we recommend switching your site live and adding a maintenance page up. Please refer to our guide for more details on this.
If you have purchased Band Theme hosting, you will need to update your DNS and let us know what your domain is via a support ticket so we can connect it up. Please refer to Going Live in the guide for more details.
