Knowledgebase SSL Certificates

Users now expect secure websites, and rightly so.

One aspect of this is having a valid SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. Having an SSL certificate will add the ‘lock’ icon next to the URL in your browser’s address bar. You will also notice the ‘https’ in your browser’s address bar once it is fully working.

If your hosting is with us on our hosting package we will set this up for you free of charge.

However, if you are using another hosting provider you will need to get in touch with them to get it set up.

Note: SSL certificates are domain specific and can usually only be configured after you have gone live so please allow time for this.
