If you need assistance with Band Theme, you can submit a support ticket to our team, however this will only be available after purchase and with a valid license key.

After purchasing Band Theme you will have access to the My Account area.

Here you can view and amend all your account details and also log any support tickets. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting a ticket, including any links and relevant login details to enable us to help solve your problem faster.

Our team will get back to you with an answer, which will also be logged in your account area.
