Cancelling your account
We hope that you love Band Theme and never need to cancel, but if you do, the process is very simple.
In order to cancel, please navigate to My Account → My Renewals → View → Cancel.
Once you cancel all future payments will be cancelled.
You website will continue to function as normal until the end of your billing period when you will no longer receive updates, support or access to the design templates.
If you cancel your Band Theme hosting subscription, at the end of your 12 month period your site will automatically be taken offline and all content permanently deleted from our servers. It is your responsibility to take a backup or make a copy should you decide to cancel your Band Theme hosting.
